Each piece has been reimagined by hand in our LA Studio, crafted over weeks of experimentation with laces, bows, and adornments. A true testament to our ethos, embodying the essence of coquettish charm and accentuating feminine allure.

At its core, a discreet metal placket beneath triangular hooks ensure for improved posture and comfort in movement. Satin binding and delicate lace panels create an illusion of a sculpted waist, enhancing your natural curves. The back is elegantly fastened with matching satin cording, woven through silver grommets, culminating in an oversized bow for a touch of drama and romance.

This newest update is available in a variety of refined colorways and produced in exceedingly limited quantities. Please allow 5-7 days for dispatch due to its artisanal craftsmanship. As with all handmade pieces, minor variations may occur, adding to its bespoke appeal.

SIZING: The corset fits true to size. Adjusting the satin cording at the back provides an additional 3-4" of flexibility at the waist and chest as desired.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with all original tags still attached in their original placement.

• A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

• If returned items show signs of wear (makeup, perfume, stains, odors, damage, etc.), a $15 cleaning/restocking fee will be deducted.

• Items that are not returned in acceptable condition may be denied for refund or exchange at our discretion.

We are committed to minimizing overproduction and waste. Please keep this in mind before initiating a return.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at info@serpentiapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Depending on the issue, we will offer a partial refund, exchange, or store credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Free exchanges are available on all domestic U.S. orders.

• Once an item has been exchanged more than once, it is no longer eligible for refund. Any further exchanges will be issued as store credit only.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing our team.

• After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be processed or shipped.

• Pre-order items cannot be canceled once placed.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or return.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

• All pre-order items are final sale. They are not refundable under any circumstance.

• Pre-orders may only be exchanged for a different size (if available) or issued as store credit, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Pre-order timelines generally range 30–60 days but are subject to change due to production schedules, customs, or shipping delays. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing or wait for in-stock availability.

• By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the extended timeline.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection. While we will assist where possible, Serpenti is not liable for courier errors or delays once a package has been dispatched.

CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

By placing an order with Serpenti, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above policies. These terms may be used as evidence in the event of a chargeback dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Pre-order items are made specially for you and are final sale. They are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once placed.

If you are unhappy with your pre-order, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery (if your size or item is available).
