The adjustable waistband features self cotton chording and durable silver metal grommets, making these shorts perfect for repeated wear. Expertly placed seaming highlights your curves in all the right places, while the woven cotton fabric offers a touch of stretch for comfort and fit.
Pants may be semi sheer in very bright lighting, pair with a nude panty or liner below for extra coverage or modesty.

Return Policy
Should you decide to return your order, please make sure to follow the below guidelines: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please note that any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with the tag still attached in the same place as originally sent. If the item(s) is received back to our warehouse and there is makeup, perfume, or other signs of wear a $15 dry cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund. We imagine a future without over-production and environmentally devastating waste by not holding inventory. Please be conscious of this when making the decision to return any purchased goods.
In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at info@serpentiapparel.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. We will honor a partial refund depending on the severity of the damage.
Cancellation Policy
Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order in the event that you need to cancel. After this time, we cannot make any promises that we can accommodate your request. If our warehouse has already packed and shipped your order, there is no way for us to have it stopped from being dispatched. Pre Order items are not valid for cancellation after the order has been placed. Sale Items are final sale and not included in the 24hr time window.
Pre Order Items
Pre Order items generally take a minimum of 60 days to make and ship from the time of order. However, this timeline is subject to change depending on outside variables such as the final shipping destination, manufacturing delays, and or customs holds. If you need the Pre Order item by a specific date, we recommend getting in touch with our support before placing your order, or to wait until the item is in stock to shop.
All Pre Order items are final sale, and only available for exchange and or store credit in the event that you are unhappy with your order. Please contact us within 14 days from delivery to inquire about an exchange or store credit.
In the event that the courier misplaces your delivery, please contact the shipping company directly to apply for a refund, or further assistance.
Shipping Policy
How long does delivery take? Standard Delivery for USA: 3-5 business days. International Orders vary depending on the shipping speed you chose at checkout. Standard economy international shipping takes 3-4 weeks on average, while express international shipping takes between 3-6 business days depending on your country's final destination. If you are shipping a high value item overseas, we highly suggest paying for the expedited shipping speed as this will provide you additional insurance coverage as opposed to the economic shipping option.
In the event that you have not paid for shipping insurance, and the item goes missing once it enters your country, we do not assume responsibility for the package's disappearance. While we will do everything we can to assist, and to resolve the matter, the financial responsibility lies within the hands of the shipping partner.
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday. Please note: orders are not shipped and/or delivered on weekends or holidays.
