The Peccora Bloomers were designed to pair with our Painter's Blouse, and the soft white set is so comfortable, you wont want to take it off! The concept for this collection was birthed from the idea of women's elaborate undergarment dressing/layering from the 1800's, and finding ways to recreate from those original silhouettes and turning the garments into outerwear that could be worn in the present day. From this concept, the Peccora Bloomers were born.
-Bloomers are made from 100% cotton, with cotton lace eyelet trim at hem
-Bloomers have ties also at hem, that are adjustable. Allows you to control the "puff" freely
-Waist has elastic for added comfort
-Shorts are semi sheer, pair with a nude underwear or liner for modesty
