International Orders:
• Standard Economy: 3–4 weeks (average).
• Express: 4–7 business days.
Pre-Order Items: Generally take about 30–60 days for production and shipping.
Delays may happen due to:
Production schedules (for pre-orders)
Customs clearance
High order volume
Courier or logistics issues
We’ll always send tracking updates once your order is shipped.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Sale items and pre-orders are final sale (not eligible for return).
For defective items, contact info@serpentiapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved.
A $10 return processing fee is deducted from all refunds.
If items show signs of wear (makeup, stains, perfume, damage, odors, etc.), a $15 cleaning/restocking fee is deducted.
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be in process.
Pre-order and sale items cannot be canceled or refunded.
Yes, for size changes (if stock is available) within 14 days of delivery.
Pre-order items are final sale but may be exchanged for size or store credit.

Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
Import taxes and customs duties vary by country.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.
Once orders leave our warehouse, the courier is responsible for delivery.
We’ll assist with claims where possible, but we recommend shipping insurance for high-value or international orders.
