Shipping Policy

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery for domestic USA orders take 3-5 business days on average. All other international orders vary depending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout. Standard economy international shipping takes 3-4 weeks on average, while express international shipping takes between 4-7 business days depending on your country's final destination. If you are shipping a high value item overseas, we highly suggest paying for the expedited shipping speed as this will provide you additional insurance coverage as opposed to the economic shipping option.

In the event that your item goes missing once it enters your country, we do not assume responsibility for the package's disappearance. While we will do everything we can to assist, and to resolve the matter, the financial responsibility lies within the hands of the shipping partner.

Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday. Please note: orders are not shipped and/or delivered on weekends or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Only available for exchange or store credit. Please understand that the customer is responsible for paying for all import taxes and fees upon delivery, and exchange shipping fees.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email once your order is ready to ship! If you did not receive a confirmation email, double check your spam folder to ensure our messages are not being sent by mistake. Add our support email address to your email contacts to avoid future error.
