- Always remove your jewelry before excessive swimming, bathing, doing household chores, or using abrasive cleaners.
- Use a soft dry cloth to gently polish your plated jewelry.

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with all original tags still attached in their original placement.

A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

If returned items show signs of wear (makeup, perfume, stains, odors, damage, etc.), a $15 cleaning/restocking fee will be deducted.

Items that are not returned in acceptable condition may be denied for refund or exchange at our discretion.
We are committed to minimizing overproduction and waste. Please keep this in mind before initiating a return.
Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at info@serpentiapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Depending on the issue, we will offer a partial refund, exchange, or store credit.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Once an item has been exchanged more than once, it is no longer eligible for refund. Any further exchanges will be issued as store credit only.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be processed or shipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection. While we will assist where possible, Serpenti is not liable for courier errors or delays once a package has been dispatched.
CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
By placing an order with Serpenti, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above policies. These terms may be used as evidence in the event of a chargeback dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Pre-order items are made specially for you and are final sale. They are not eligible for refunds or cancellations once placed.
If you are unhappy with your pre-order, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery (if your size or item is available).
