Should you decide to return your order, please make sure to follow the below guidelines: Returns for items without Return Assurance must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please note that any item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with the tag still attached in the same place as originally sent. If the item(s) is received back to our warehouse and there is makeup, perfume, or other signs of wear a $15 dry cleaning fee will be deducted from the refund. We imagine a future without over-production and environmentally devastating waste by not holding inventory. Please be conscious of this when making the decision to return any purchased goods.
In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. We will honor a partial refund depending on the severity of the damage.

How long does delivery take? Standard Delivery for USA: 3-5 business days. International Orders vary depending on the shipping speed you chose at checkout. Standard economy international shipping takes 3-4 weeks on average, while express international shipping takes between 3-6 business days depending on your country's final destination.
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday. Please note: orders are not shipped and/or delivered on weekends or holidays.
