The Micro Shorts

Our Micro Shorts are the adaptation of our popular in bloom pants, now available in a micro fit. These sleek shorts add a touch of style to your everyday outfit when paired with an oversized top, cozy hoodie, or classic riding boots. The adjustable waistband features self cotton chording and durable silver metal grommets, making these shorts perfect for repeated wear. Expertly placed seaming highlights your curves in all the right places, while the woven cotton fabric offers a touch of stretch for comfort and fit.

Pants may be semi sheer in very bright lighting, pair with a nude panty or liner below for extra coverage or modesty. 

Shorts fit true to size. Please double check the size chart below for most accurate points of measure.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with all original tags still attached in their original placement.

• A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

• If returned items show signs of wear (makeup, perfume, stains, odors, damage, etc.), a $15 cleaning/restocking fee will be deducted.

• Items that are not returned in acceptable condition may be denied for refund or exchange at our discretion.

We are committed to minimizing overproduction and waste. Please keep this in mind before initiating a return.

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at info@serpentiapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Depending on the issue, we will offer a partial refund, exchange, or store credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Free exchanges are available on all domestic U.S. orders.

• Once an item has been exchanged more than once, it is no longer eligible for refund. Any further exchanges will be issued as store credit only.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing our team.

• After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be processed or shipped.
  

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or return.

• Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  

• In exceptional cases and at our sole discretion, a cancellation may be approved.

•  If a cancellation request is accepted outside of the 24-hour grace period, a 25% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing, supplier costs, and restocking.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

• All pre-order items are final sale. They are not refundable under any circumstance.

• Pre-orders may only be exchanged for a different size (if available) or issued as store credit, provided you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Pre-order timelines generally range 30–60 days but are subject to change due to production schedules, customs, or shipping delays. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing or wait for in-stock availability.

• By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the extended timeline.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for added protection. While we will assist where possible, Serpenti is not liable for courier errors or delays once a package has been dispatched.

CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

By placing an order with Serpenti, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above policies. These terms may be used as evidence in the event of a chargeback dispute with your bank or payment provider.
