Pre-Order Policy

When you place a pre-order with us, you’re asking us to make that piece just for you. We don’t have it sitting in stock — we start creating it after your order is placed. Because of that, here’s what you should know:

• Final Sale: Pre-orders can’t be canceled or refunded, since time and resources go into making each piece.
  
• Exchanges & Store Credit: If the size isn’t right, you can exchange it (if we have another size available) or request store credit. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
  
• Timeline: Pre-orders usually take about 30–60 days to complete, but this can vary depending on production, shipping, or customs delays. If you need something by a specific date, please reach out to us before ordering or wait until the item is in stock.
  
• By Pre-Ordering: You agree to this process and understand that your piece takes extra time because it’s being specially made.
